Here is the M-400 R3 open. Nothing special at all, has a nice lamp in it. Had an intermatic photocell.
I think this was one of the ones in service at this intersection that got taken down in favor of new lights.

This one deosn't look to have any steps for leveling,? first time I'v seen this.

No it does, if you look closer you will see them. Cause I can see them in this picture. O.o
