Cooper OVX, and power bracket with 400 watts MV I think. This is in Yellville, Arkansas, I think, took some pictures of it. The OVX is definitely new, it might of replaced a gumball or something, the power bracket is definitely older, and I have never seen a 400 watt one before, I think it is Mercury Vapor, maybe Metal Halide. I don't see many OVX's with the new hinges, this is one of my first actually. Keywords: American_Streetlights

Nice capture of the water on the OVX. Cool Yeah that's the new style glass. I like the new glass on the OVZ but I think the OVX looks better with the old glass. The newer glass have MUCH better distribution though. Very even and smooth with no dark spots.

The bracket fixture looks like it's an AEL Ballast In Arm 165, made in the past 15 years. The OVX could be a newly-installed light with no other light besides the bracket light there before. What's the street? Perhaps Streetview can shed some light on this.

You're right, the OVX wasn't there before, HERE IS THE STREET VIEW of the light, only the Power bracket is on there.

400W bracket lights are common as dirt here. I even have two of them, a Sylvania and a Westinghouse Vanguard III that I got last spring. Both are sans refractor. Plus the Westinghouse is still untested.
