Eagle Durasig 12-8-8  Four Way Cluster
the Lone signal at this intersection,i assume it replaced a Fixed Face 4 Way.

this is obviouslly a newer signal but the noticable delay between phases tells me it's probably being driven from an old mechanical controller,this signal is Incandescent.

would you just look at that Wiring?...looks like twist on wire nuts.

should have at least covered them with rubber caps and layers of electric tape would have been alright.....

I've seen a lot of splices on utility poles with the rubber caps.
