Older Signal Pole with Dual Dayburners these Poles are Definetly Newer than the Double Guy Wire mast Signal...but seem younger than the truss arm masts...these are were Replaced by Newer Galvanized ones with the same style Straight masts but with Truss Arm light Arms..the Newest Replacement for these is a Straight Mast with a Truss Arm...but in a Dark Brown instead of Bare Galvanized. Fixtures are GE M250R2 and GE M400R2 harder to tell but the M400R2 is Dayburning. both are the Same Wattage (250 W HPS) Keywords: Traffic_Lights

I see both are dayburning...looks like there are shorts in the PC sockets, which tells that they are both controlled by one PC!

i dont think thats a Shorting Cap....even on Signals in my area they are Still Individual PC Controlled.

it is a Shorting Cap.....Electric Co. Says so.

Interesting, looks like a Colorado style traffic signal set up except for the horizontal heads.

it does look like a Colorado Style traffic signal....also looks similar to an Oklahoma Setup.

It kind of does look like what is found here by Xcel.. Except the poles here are DEFINATELY thicker. xD

Ian, I don't think the utility company is in charge of the traffic signals, it is almost always the city.

You got some point, in different cities in the Denver metro area traffic signal styles ARE different. Even arms. But some are the same.
