that is the reason. 8 inch signals as well as incandescent optical assemblies are on a limited production basis right now at most signal manufacturers. It won't be long before Eagle pulls the plug on the DuraSig 8 inch and LFE poly 8 inch. 8 inch poly LFE and 8 inch Mark IV uses the same, although slightly modified tooling.
