Nice shot. All the lights are McCain brand except for the left hand mast, hanging off the end which is either Safetran or ICC. The head facing you on the pole looks like a DuraSig.

The white pads on the top of the pole is the detection. It is radar from wavetronix. For accuracy it supposably blows video and loop out of the water.

Nothing unusual about the setup except for the shape of the intersection. Decided to snap a pic on a long walk from work.
