If these wig-wag orange flashers are pedestrian crossing warning signals so in Israel we have also them but they looks significantly different: They are horizontal mounted, two lights in the same signal and they are also equipped with a pedestrian crossing warning signs that lit at night with a fluorescent lamps.

Yes that is a Sag Lensed M400R3...but did you miss the Silverliner in the background Jace?...also these Flashers they are at an intersection.

The Silverliner is the one that was Dayburning....now its Dark.

Most likely it will be replaced...but i do see Ocassional Servicing of Mercury Streetlights now and Then (Replacement Refractor,New Lamp,Ect.)

Duquesne Light's been doing the same thing replacing their older streetlights though they still repair them ocassionally.
