Looks like a 175-250 watt version of the F series flood, and I see a BT-28 lamp inside it too, and the ballast can it is sitting on looks Widelite-ishy.

The floodlight is flooded. Sad Looks like there's water in there. and yes, this is very much like a Wide-Lite flood

I found a bunch of these too - here! I'm sure they must be Wide-Lite.
