You could also call this the Cooper OVS. xD Since Cooper was the company that made these. Crouse-Hinds was just a sub-brand.

So BASICALLY... This light is VERY SIMILAR to my 1998 OVH. Both have the sub-brand Crouse Hinds and the main company is cooper. Just way different dates and Cooper back then had a different logo.

I have a few of those in my neighborhood but theyre 175 watt mercury vapor flavored
