Looks like there is a face in the reflector.

Yeah.

It looks angry. This is the origional design of the OV25 reflector

This looks similar to the insides of MY OVM, but ine has a 400 watt Regulated Lag ballast. Similar to my Model 25 FCO. My ballast is HUGE though!

It also has the same design refractor, and I don't think they are able to come out.
