Yep these are GE M-250R2 full cut-off (FCO) lights. Smile

Even though these were just installed in 2012, they were replaced this July with LED...
What a waste Sad

RIDOT (the highway department here) has been replacing their lights with LEDs, some of which were installed a WEEK before being replaced! Shocked I contacted them and apparently the reason they're fixing up all the old lights before replacing them is to make sure all the poles have power (though they could just use a voltmeter and CHECK! lol) and also to take measurements of the lux or footcandles or whatever they measure before putting up the LEDs to make sure the LEDs still meet the minimum lighting requirements set forth by the FHWA.
