Nope this is a NEMA head (the reflector covers the ballast area in a yardblaster but it visable in a NEMA head).

Looks like a real NEMA head with a bucket refractor, we have them as streetlights a lot in my area! If you can take a pic of the side I may be able to tell what brand or make it is
