These are very common where I live now whereas they were uncommon or very small numbers of them anytime before 2010. They have been the most common replacement fixture here since about 2011-2012. (Except for 400w)

I wish MH cobraheads were more common too. It would be interesting to see all the roads where I live lit with MH lamps.
