I'd like to know where they got that MH NEMA tag. It looks like it could be a Crouse-Hinds NEMA tag. If the tag is metallic, it is a Westy/Crouse-Hinds tag.

yeah... that too... lol My guess is that it was converted? but then why not place the MH label over the HPS? Unless they installed a retrofit lamp? either way, the Mh label is about two decades older than the fixture lol.
