Venture Uni-Form MP400W/V/ED28/UVS/PS/740 400w I got this lamp free from someone when he was relamping the lights at the parking lot at work. Possibly made in India. The new lamp's sleeve says the lamp was made in India. I don't remember seeing anything made in India. So it's a new one for me. The arctube's missing the exhaust tip. Doubt it. A piece of the arctube broke off. (You can see it under the tube.) Oh, well...
