No this is not a sunlamp it's for general floodlighting service. Westinghouse indeed made a 275w reflector sunlamp many years ago.

I have a few of those...in 100 watt MV, one in 100 watt MH and finally one in 175 watt MH! Then I have some blown PAR style and the thick glass PAR style all in MH except for one that is 100 MV with admedium base!

Philips-Westinghouse 160w Self Ballasted Mercury Vapor Lamp

The irony is that Westinghouse never made a 160w R40 reflector self ballasted mercury lamp. This was added to the product line after the Philips takeover and it has Philips design features.
