No this is not a sunlamp it's for general floodlighting service. Westinghouse indeed made a 275w reflector sunlamp many years ago.

I have a few of those...in 100 watt MV, one in 100 watt MH and finally one in 175 watt MH! Then I have some blown PAR style and the thick glass PAR style all in MH except for one that is 100 MV with admedium base!
