This fixture replaced THIS Model 13 about a week ago or so. I wasn't aware of any issues with the 13... We have been getting a lot of storms lately though.
Anywho, it appears that ComEd is once again using Cooper fixtures.
Yeah silly Cooper put a picture of an OVF for the OVH on the site. I told them about it a few years ago - repeatedly - but i guess they don't care. Yeah they look pretty similar. The OVF looks a little slimmer since it's longer. I wonder if they forgot to reconnect the device or if they purposely left it disconnected.
Woah, my city has been installing 150W OVF's. Be funny if we ordered OVH but got free upgrades because it's depicted as the OVF body. I mean, my city never has any 150W OVX, and we love that fixture

BTW, i noticed they didn't reinstall the wireless device.
I didn't notice that the device was disconnected - just that it was still there....interesting.
