Discovered dozens of these in a newer section of the same village that only allows GE M250A2's to be installed. Interestingly, they all have an individual photocell, whereas all the other street lights in the village are controlled via group relay. I guess the rules don't apply to everyone.

It would be cool to have one of these, I might have the 325, but the 315 or 313 would be cool to have. I almost got one but sadly they didn't let me have it. :c

Those are shorting caps since they're not the same height as a PC.

Yeah there were a few of them with shorting caps, but just about all of them had their own individual photocell.
