The Main Disconnect

This is the right side of the panel, you pull the big lever on the right to shut off the main power! And you can see the 100 amp fuses.

Nice, I should get one of these huge disconnects and use it as a light switch, this one has the loud snapping sound when the contacts close right?

Oh and my AC disconnect is the exact same one as your water heater's. Shocked

I honestly couldn't tell you if this makes a snapping noise or not since I have never turned it on or off but I suspect it likely would. I'm still hoping to keep it but I need to persuade a few people first. Laughing
