You can find them at 1000bulb.com just look in sockets > adapters > the adapter you want. Sorry I can't link it here and keep it from messing the website.

i thought 1000 Bulbs was known for being abit on the Bad Side?..as in not sending the intended Parts..but the chineese knock offs? Confused

Most of the lampholders made today are Chinese anyway. So the knockoff lampholders would be made in the US. Laughing I would use 1000 bulbs if you're planning to expand your lamp collection. Different brand like Ushio or something like that. For lamps that will be used daily go elsewhere like bulbs.com. Dunno about bulbman.com or topbulb.com. Confused

I made some change on the description. The Mogul to Medium does labeled China, but the Medium to Mogul did not listed where it was made.
