You can see the sharp cutoff beam of these headlights. Where I live, there are hilly roads and the incoming cars with these type of headlights going uphill literally glare right at my eyes. That is why I don't like those headlights Mad

well Projector HID's like these are alot better than those retrofits that simply allow you to fit HID's into ordinary incandescent/halogen housings,and in many cases those type of retrofits are illegal since the optics for the original halogen/incandescent lamps aren't designed to handle the diffrent beam of the HID Lamps and excessive glare with poor distribution often occurs which is very dangerous.

Certain Color Temperatures for HID's are also illegal....anything much over 6000 K i believe.....and those 10,000K Kits which are purple/blue tinted are definetly illegal....DOT's still question HID's on cars.

also sharp cutoff is good....dont want light scattered all over the place. Smile
