Not all states are IDA states....MD is actually one of the IDA states! That's why you find more sag lens or FCO installed more often than some other states...
well i still got a Feeling they Wouldnt be happy if they Saw this or came to Birmingham. ....1000 and 400 Watt Sodium Streetlights find their way even on Small Low Traffic streets...talk about over illumination...and i cant Forget that a Large Stretch of Lights on Route 280 Are Disfunctional..mostly GE M400's and some newer Lights..Tudors,AE 25's and such.
