Cooper OV-25 near Quebec City. This streetlight is located near the Pierre-Laporte bridge, I think just after it, but before getting into downtown. It's 250W HPS, and if I remember, it's among Lumec Helios HBMs of the same wattage. Also it is owned by the Quebec's transport ministry. Keywords: American_Streetlights
