i've seen Nema's before with the Refractors being supported by the lamp or hanging by one latch..i always figured it was an idiot that threw a rock up there or something. Rolling Eyes

The reflector and lamp were both gone as of March 2011 Sad

Too bad, the lamp was BT-shaped and was still giving a good light output. I looked for the refractor, but I didn't find it.

ITT or AE NEMA head.

This one sports a clear BT mercury vapour lamp, with a still decent light output, the last time I've seen the fixture in person. However the refractor isn't attached to the head anymore, the lamp now serves for this purpose LOL.
