That's a General Electric PowrBracket, specifically the model designed for 200-400 watt lamps.

The big refractor is made for any wattage. The small optical is only availiable up to i think 175w.

This pole and light have been removed, due to a freeway widening Crying or Very sad . I didnt get a chance to get the light or insulators as this was removed and I didnt know it until a few days ago. Sad
