Davit's are Pretty Rare Here....we have Aproximately 3 Davits in the Whole City.

@Form109, yes they are one piece round poles, I have also seen aluminum davit extentoins on concrete poles, common in SCE land.

Oh wow this looks just like a new standard RIDOT freeway lighting installation! Unfortunately RIDOT has stopped installing cobraheads for new lighting installs, though they still spot replace with HPS. New lights are LeoTek LEDs now.
