@ Brian, yes too bad they are going to LEDize. They could leave the gumballs and use LED cobbs or reflector type

LED is the worst for the environment, It takes 50 oil barrels worth of co2 emissions to make one LED fixture. The white light is also bad for bats and owls. Fun fact, Did you know to make a single solar panel battery it takes 100 oil barrels worth of co2 emissions, in other words the average solar set up is = to burning over 10,000 barrels of oil

@ Brian, my opinion on PG&E is that they are like most large utilities in that they are regulated by the state and often do the minimum of maintenance as required. The reason for the fires is mostly due to severe restrictions on brush clearance and forest management that there is a lot of fuel for wild fires.
