Private light serviced by the utility company? Or do you work for a private lighting maintenance company? Is it an optical illusion, or is the bucket light much higher than the arena floodlights?

my guess is that this pole is on a cliff of some sorts so it looks higher than the arena lights.

@Vaporeyes -- this is at a puplic park/horse arena, it is higher than the arena lights.
@HPSM250R2 -- I havent had many problems with Intermatic NEMA PCs, the small 1/2" nipple mount type dont seem to last, it also depends on the size and type of load.
