Come to think of it, I wonder if they flipped the top and bottom plates on the light instead of flipping the visors around. The doors are in the right direction (hinge on left, latch on right).

The fitter or the plate looks damaged though.

The fitter on the bottom is for post top mounting. Possibly came from the factory like that...or was done by the city
