Sylvania Canada H33GL-400/DX
Got this at my favourite flea market too. I originally found it two years ago but I didn't take it back then since I had no 400W mercury ballast. Now that I have two I took it! Oddly it is a fully-phosphored lamp despite being made at the canadian factory of Drummondville, QC. Lumen output is still excellent.

I guess they switched to fully coated tops some time in the 80s then. I have the exact lamp but from the early 80s and it was a cleartop. Still a nice lamp though.

It looks like Sylvania Canada went straight from cleartop lamps to fully coated lamps instead of making the clearband lamps in between. They also used cleartops much longer than the US lamps too.
