New decorative fluorescent fixture from 1986 installed in my basement. I found this fixture with a pair of CGE F40CW Mainlighters in the scrap metal bin at the recycling centre. The original ballast had the ballast rectifying disease so I replaced it by a similar one. Keywords: Indoor_Fixtures

Whats the ballast rectifying disease?

the cap goes bad and lamps are dimmer and I think they tend to fail at one end/ mercury migrate
