Twin Westinghouse OV-15s
100W MV, 240V with 120V PC. The 2009 streetview shows both of these dayburning. They have new PCs now though (not new refractors though, as you can see; dunno if they got new lamps).

Looks like the refractors were replaced at some point since they're not the original style lenses. I think they'd have glass, but it seems every OV-15 on this road has a replacement refractor. Even one of the M-250A2 FCOs has a yellowed drop lens installed. Possibly some teens came around and busted every light back in the day? A couple of the 50W HPS M-250R2s have replacement refractors too, though not yellowed like this.
