Interstate 295 North at its Beginning in Warwick Before Relighting Project
These are part of the Exit 2 string of lights near the Warwick Mall, these too, never worked for as long as I can possibly remember. They were replaced in 2010-ish. Here's what it looks like now.
Man I miss these long strings of NGrid truss lights. Granted they never worked due to wiring faults but those 35ft HAPCO poles with 10ft truss arms look killer with those drop lens M-250R2s. More to look at than the super tall RIDOT davits. Originally these poles all would have mostly had M-400 split doors, 400W MV.
