Possible Collector?

Here's a M-250A I found on a pole that seems to be custom-rigged against the garage in between the doors. I WANT! lol It looks to be like whoever owns this got the whole package from the electric company...

It has a browned out les, I think it could be a ITT/Lexalite lens. Or it's a GE/Formed Plastics lens. Either way, it could use a new lens and could probably use a new lamp. I've never seen it lit at night though. If it came from around here it's 100W and 240V...
