Uh-O-VC!
The truss fell off it's thru-bolt and the phone lines are keeping it from bending any more! Well at least it works! LOL At least til it rains though... I bet NGrid will replace it when they fix it. :-( NGrid-Massachusetts seems to reuse arms more than NGrid-Rhode Island and they use new truss arms too unlike NGrid-RI which uses only 6ft upsweeps (UGH!) The next OVC has a missing lens. There are two more OVCs on trusses behind the pic, the farthest one dayburning as well.

YES I see this all of the time I go by this 2 times a day. last year the light looked like that. THE light with no lens was just like that to day.

The light wasn't hanging like this last year. I go by these about once every two months and it was liek this the last time (on thanksgiving) but i don't remember seeing this before that. I remember the lensless OVC has been that way since i first started looking up at lights. I remember always seeing the two dots on the cooper reflector LOL.

Yes ok now that I think of it the light has always had no lens. Sorry to say this but the light has been like this for a long time 6m to 1 year

this arm was fixed and the light no longer dayburns (it's either out now or they fixed it...) however the one two poles back is still dayburning.
