They just put the new poles in today Cool 12/15/2012 I was next to them. only for a short time.

Did you talk to the crew about the falling truss arm? Odd how they're replacing the poles. There are many poles in far worse condition than these. These poles don't look all that old... Neutral

The poles broke that the ground, no I did not talk to them.

Ouch they broke in the ground? Did they rot though or were they hit or is it just from too much shifting due to the height of the pole?

YES! Too much shifting. the new poles are fat.
