250W HPS T&B 113 with a GE Glass Refractor
It's NEMA tag has the new AEL font so this is a late 113. Odd that Mass Electric used 250W 113s on this small stretch of Central Ave, as the 125 was the main choice for 250W HPS T&B lights with NEES (which owned both MASS Electric and Narragansett Electric as well as others BTW). I've never seen a 250W HPS 113 in RI... only 100W MV, 50W HPS, and 100W HPS.

The old MECO here used lots of 250 watt 113's. the city of Northampton used to be full of them but have dwindled due to replacement.

UPDATE: this has been replaced with a Cooper OVZ with the new style glass lens (well it was replaced a few months back but i forgot to mention it lol) As far as I knew, this light still worked so I don't know why they replaced it.

ahh NECo used the 125 for 250W units.
