M-400R2 and Finned OV-50

Originally, the cobraheads were replaced as they failed, thus the large variety of cobraheads. now they were all converted to 320W PSMH. The M-400R2 was either 250W or 400W HPS originally, i didn't check the tagc. All the poles appeared to have had four arms at one point, as there are two additional spots on the sides where the old arms appeard to have been. There was never 4 arms as far back as i can remember though. They were probably removed at one point to save money. The parking lot is less than adequately lit. They should have chosen 400W PSMH and added the extra arms back IMO.
