Hubbel RLG In Garden City Here's an RLG in front of the closed down Circut City in Garden City Shopping Center in Cranston. There was two, but the arms are all sagging badly and most have been removed for good measure in case they fall. Very cheap and poorly designed way to mount the arms to the pole of you ask me...
