Rocky Point Park Lights: M-400 #2
This one is tilted way up for whatever reason. The other lights are leveled fine excpet for the M-400 split doors which tend to tilt up anyways becuase of the slipfitter. This one has soot on the door too and no PC. The refractor is shiney as a diamond, which i found was true for all the lights facing the water since vandals wouldn't want to be seen by people and thus didn't break the lenses and there were no trees right near them either, keeping pollen and such out.
