T. F. Green Airport Connector Road, Warwick RI, looking west towards I-95. Ramp to I-95 signed for New York southbound and Providence northbound.

The sign is there because this is the main access road to the airport.

Now I challenge you to find where this is.

Tehe, I figured out that this road will intersect I-95 based on the signs and the ramp configuration from the pic and went to Google Maps and found a road that matches and then verified with Streetview.

And you're pretty close the correct sign is within a couple miles from where you linked to.

Well, the amber alert bord isn't in streetview, but I did find the exit sign here

Nice job! Here's the sign in my pic but it's gone now having been replaced in 2010.

BTW if you drive up to Toronto you'll almost certainly past by that area.
