Old 3x F40T12 (inside)

A junky old 3-lamp F40T12 fixture. Got it (& 2 others of the same) probably close to 20 years ago at a fleamarket.
When I originally got this it had white ballasts with no label on them (the label was then placed inside under the channel cover next to the ballast)
The original ballasts (1 2-lamp & 1 1-lamp) were 277v (something I didn't think to check for at the time I got) ... those are long gone now.
Current ballasts are 2x 2-lamp..neither one works quite right so they light only 1 lamp each, the center lamp was removed since I only needed 2, and its very difficult to get 3x T12 lamps in the fixture (originally had 3x T10 lamps when I got It)
The 2 others also got converted to 2-lamp (single ballast) and put in use...this one wasn't needed & has just layed around

I've got a similar but different 2-lamp fixture where the ballast is fully covered on the side.
