This is a nice set here. These bulbs appear to be identical to the pearlized C-7 replacement bulbs sold in 4-packs at CVS in the early 2000s. I am willing to bet that if you inspect the base on these bulbs, there will be an imprint on the bottom next to the contact button, that says "KL" and also has "5W 120V CHINA". I'm not sure what the KL stands for but some of the better Chinese bulbs have it (Target and GKI have used this manufacturer in the past).
