With the thanks of xmaslightguy's suggestion, I was able to find multicolour 35 miniature light strings to restore my Christmas Tree Picture. I found this at Michaels at the Avenue of East Cobb, Marietta, GA, USA today (2015-12-20). Each of them set me back only USD $1.99 each.
I could tell those were Michaels sets just by the box LOL
Stopped in the local store myself today, since I had to go to Home Depot & they're near each other.
I did see one interesting thing...they had some 15v LED bulbs, and the bases looked like they might fit one of the old C6 sets.
