Yeah it does look pretty nice...the motel is currently being renovated as its quite old...i hope they keep the sign...it still lights up too.

The "12 Oaks" part looks a lot newer.
I like the old single story Motor Courts with carports between the units. I remember a few when I was a kid, not sure if any remain.
