None of the incandescents were replaced They left alone the incandescent and mostly replaced the lower wattage MV in NJ....they actually kept the high wattage MV fixtures! the one next to this is a Radial wave....sadly bad shot...

I also noticed they kept a lot of 250 watt and 400 watt MV in jersey, mostly replaced the lower wattages.....

No, this one was also found in Southern NJ....2nd light from the border between PSE&G and southern NJ electric company....

what brand arm is that? Blackstone Valley Electric seemed to have liked this style arm.
