Target reduced wattage

I got these at Target as part of my stockpile. The 95w were 77c per 4-pack, the 57w were 89c + tax. why the 12c more for less wattage is wierd, the 95w hes more tungsten, so it would seem they would cost more. Most other stores charge the same for all standard or soft white bulbs. I got some reduced wattage bulbs at Wal-mart for 77c a 4 pack, they were 90w & 52w same price. They look like GEs, Target also sell GE marked bulbs.
