Westinghouse OV 25
Here's a Westinghouse Canada OV 25 which looks almost identical to the later Crouse-Hinds and Cooper versions...only way to tell them apart is by the Westinghouse logo on the door and the refractor.

The NEMA tag is equally worn too.

I've noticed that the older
70s silverliners
had non standard NEMA tags.
They listed the wattage with three digits instead of two so you have "400" for a 400w fixture.

Some 70's GE fixtures have that too. GE M-250A's in particular. I've seen some with little white tags with "100" or "175" on them.
