Old Ballast, New Gumball

Spotted this pole with a old MV remote ballast on it, it got disconnected when they installed the current PSMH gumball.

I hope they use LED retrofits in these gumballs instead of using flyswatters, toilet seats, or waffle irons (or Cooper sh!t shovels lol).

Yeah, or even the LED model of the current gumballs used by the City of Toronto. I hope they use the optional drop lens too, those FCO LED and even HID gumballs just look wrong.

Yeah, the entirely of Eglinton through Toronto is a mess right now because of the Crosstown LRT construction.

I also remember there is another pole in Toronto with a old MV remote ballast left. Oddly the pole and arm look too new for remote ballasted MV but maybe it could be older or they transferred the ballast and fixture from a older pole.
