With an arm going into the side of it, how is this a pendant? Aren't pendant fixtures mounted/suspended from the top?

@Jace, I hope not...there's already a lot of gulls in that area.
@Devonte, yeah I guess they're pretty rare.
@Tmcdllr it's the name of this configuration, the regular OV 20 has the arm going straight into the bottom part.
@Crazylamp, yeah I guess ten of them is still not enough for GoL.

There's two of these at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, they're fluorescent though.

There's actually two there with the rarer football shaped refractor too but I don't have a closeup since they were behind a fence.
